Lakeside Industries, an established paving company near Seattle, Washington, is seeking an experienced Equipment Manager. The individual will be responsible to lead a successful fleet and introduce change efforts to modernize the maintenance practices. He/she will plan, manage, and coordinate all maintenance functions by providing direction of the day-to-day operations of all maintenance personnel and activities in the service of the fleet. Individual must have a proven track record in information management systems implementation and usage, PM/PdM refinement, operator-maintnance program, inventory control and personnel development. Candidate should have a minimum of ten years experience in heavy equipment operations/ maintenance, with a minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience. Paving experience preferred. Must also be willing to travel to multiple shop locations at least one week a month.
