BC2100XL Brush Chipper

The BC2100XL brush chipper can be powered by a 215-hp, 250-hp or 275-hp Tier III diesel engine. A 21-in. capacity and a 72-in.-wide infeed table allow for smooth material feeding to the 22" x 28" drum opening. Offset horizontal feed rollers have theoretical combined 10,000 lbs. of pulling force. A SmartCrush system provides increased down pressure on the material being fed and assists when feeding forked or branchy material. The SmartFeed system monitors engine rpm and automatically stops or reverses the rollers when feeding larger hardwood material. A belt-tensioned clutchless design eliminates the need for an over-center clutch that requires adjustment, rebuilding or replacing. Heavy-duty tandem torsion axles provide reliable off-road jobsite performance.

Hand-fed Chippers

Bandit's hand-fed chipper line includes three models.

• 12-in.-capacity Model 1090XP offers a 15 3/8" x 17" opening, 37-in.-diameter drum and comes with engines from 65 to 140 hp
• Model 1990XP has a 24" x 24.5" chipper opening, the same feed system as whole tree chippers and a 160- to 250-hp engine
• 12-in.-capacity Model 250XP offers engine options up to 140 hp and features a 12.5" x 19" opening
• Optional auxiliary loader and self-propelled track undercarriage

Model 30 NCL

Using the proven design of the Model RXL Chiparvester, Morbark has fashioned the new, compact Model 30 NCL. Eliminating the cab, loader and feedbed from the RXL results in a lighter, easy-to-transport chipper that is powerful and productive. With no feed bed, smaller landings can be utilized, allowing the Model 30 NCL to maneuver into tighter spaces. With larger feed and throat openings, as well as power choices up to 1,000 hp, this chipper is a real workhorse. Features include the time-tested 83-inch disc with three or four knives. The Model 30 NCL is a great fit for biomass producers, clean chip producers or large stemwood operations, among others. This unit is ideal positioned behind a stand-alone debarker.
